Corporate hospitality facilities make the Airshow an exciting venue to entertain your company's clients, staff and other guests.
Options include Corporate Hospitality Chalets, which can have private dining and seating area facing the flying displays. Smaller groups can be comfortably accommodated in a Corporate Gazeebos, offering similar benefits and appointments. Facilities are also available for larger groups.
Corporate Hospitality Chalet
Do business in style and entertain with a difference. Each Corporate Chalet boasts the best views of the flying displays in absolute comfort. The Chalets provide a venue for both catering and service. Outside the Chalet you can relax in the privacy of your own enclosure.
What the Corporate Hospitality Chalet Includes:
- Central private facilities exclusive to chalet guests
- The opportunity for the chalet holder to utilise the company's own style and identity, with furnishing at the discretion of the Chalet holder (the cost of furnishing is at the expense of the chalet holder)
- Access to complimentary reserved car park
- Company signage and flag pole to fly company flag
- Complimentary souvenir program for each guest
- Complimentary airshow admission for chalet guests
- Various catering options available (cost additional)
Location
The Corporate Chalets offer the best views of the flying display and are located in close proximity to the International flying and static displays.
Capacity
Various accommodation and seating options are available suitable for groups of 16 to 300.
Signage
Each Chalet is provided with an entrance-gate sign bearing the Chalet holder's name and a flagpole for corporate flags.
Catering
You are given the opportunity to choose from a wide variety of dining and refreshment options to suit your entertaining needs. Please note that the cost of furnishing, catering and refreshments is not included in the price of the Corporate Chalet package.
